Cauliflower- which part is best in nutritional value?

Would it be the stem, leaf or floret? And how often should each part be fed to them in a week?

Actually, cruciferous veggies including cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower should be avoided. They can cause gas and bloat. There are better alternatives like leaf lettuce, sweet peppers, a little cucumber and a small piece of carrot.
