Water Drink from bottle?

My Mom has a new cavy. He is very young. He is about the size of the palm of an adult womans hand. We can't get him to drink from the waterbottle. He only drinks from a water dish but we know the waterbottle would be cleaner and safer. Any suggestions on how to get him to drink from the bottle?

Try a small bottle if you haven't, like the hamster size bottles! One of my piggies was 4 weeks old when I got him, and this made a world of a difference. He had a hard time with the normal, guinea pig size one. Other than that, gently wiggle it in front of him or touch it to his chin so he knows it's water.
