Can I have two male guinea pigs in a same cage from their small age? (like 3 months onward)

Yes, if it's a large enough cage, and if you've got enough patience for their puberty squabbles. But the younger you put them together, the more likely you are to succeed.

Two male pigs need at least 10.5 square feet, and more is better.
