My piggie recently got a watery eye then today he looks like this. What could this be?

Possibly a hay poke in the area just underneath the eyeball. See https://guinealynx.info/eyes.html to see if anything looks similar.

Did it look like anything on the GL page? If so, what did GL suggest you do?

The rim of the eye looks swollen to me. I would contact a vet since swelling can be an infection.
