How long after neutering two male guinea pigs could I introduce them to female guinea pigs?

The general consensus is 4 weeks, to allow time for any remaining sperm to die off.

3-4 weeks. Personally i would err on the side of caution and go for the longer time.

Do keep in mind even though they are both neutered they can not be both together and with girls. You would need 1 cage per male, the males can be with any number of girls you can reasonably house and care for, but 2 males in 1 cage with females in the cage, regardless of which gender is neutered, almost always ends poorly.
