Behavior Guinea pigs acting up

Hi everyone! We have two female guinea pigs and recently they’ve been acting up... they have gotten quite aggressive towards each other and getting into little fights. They have also been more distant towards us, one especially doesn’t want to be picked up and when we cuddle them the just try to run away and don’t want cuddles. They don’t have a very big cage because we don’t have much space to that could be the cause of the fighting problem. But we don’t know if we maybe didn’t socialise them enough of if we really did something that caused them to act this was (they get nothing but love so I wouldn’t know what we could have done) Any advice or tips would be very appreciated because we’re a little stuck at what to do! I know you stated that they don't have a very big cage. What is the size of their cage and how old are they?

Their almost six months old and their cage is around 66cm by 43cm. Their cage does have half a second level that they can jump up to and can get away from each other. We’re trying to find a way of getting them a bigger cage with the space we have. We’re quite new to having guinea pigs but would you recommend them being outside? Like on a veranda so their sheltered or is it better if their inside? I definitely think that the reason their fighting is because of their lack of space but is that also the cause of them not liking cuddles anymore? It makes it harder to keep giving them attention when they just run away from you when your cuddling them. Thanks so much! ��

Scratch that, we have just moved them to a bigger cage so let’s see if that fixes anything!
