You don't do anything. All cavies have a bald spot behind their ears.......it's perfectly normal.

Sorry I'm new to this whole thing, what's the use of texting language?

Using things like "idk" instead of spelling it out. If you're on a computer, we ask that you spell things out because there are people for whom English is not their first language, and it makes it so much easier for them. If you use a phone, it's harder for you, but we'd like to keep it down as much as possible.
