Also, I was considering to buy another tube of ivermectin and try treating again, because I think it might have been frozen during shipping before which made the medicine lose strength. It seemed to help a bit after the 1st dose but after that they went back to scratching a lot. I see a lot of fur on their fleece everyday and am really worried.

If the hair is coming out in small clumps, the problem is almost certainly fungal. Bathe them every 3-4 days with Nizoral, leaving the shampoo on for about five minutes each time. Be sure to rinse well.

The hair isn’t coming out together in clumps, but individual strands. They also have no bald patches, but I think I will just treat then anyways. Is this one safe? https://www.amazon.ca/Anti-dandruff-...2&sr=8-1-fkmr0 it is 2% ketoconazole. After I bathe them do I just towel dry them and let them air dry their fur?

Also, do I need to clean the cage any differently?

You need to wash anything washable and throw out anything made of wood/paper/cardboard.

Unless the weather is very warm, you always need to at least towel dry your pigs and keep them from getting chilled until they're thoroughly dry.

What do I wash their cage and stuff with? Will just water and soap work?

Is the shampoo I mentioned safe to use? Thanks.

A shampoo with ketoconazole is fine.

Wash the cage the way you always do. If something will go in the washing machine, wash it with hot water, detergent and bleach and dry it in the dryer.
