Skin Problems What is this bump on my guinea pig? Please offer your expertise.

Hello everyone! My guinea pig recently developed some sort of growth on his stomach. It is black and can be flaked off. When i try and get it off with a q-tip he doesn’t seem to mind it. However, it’s much too stuck to him. I am wondering if this is serious or it I can treat it with some antifungal sprays. I clean his cage once a day but when I’m not home he sits in the same spot where he poops! Please offer any advice you have.

It's hard to tell. Are you sure it's not a nipple?

It doesn't look like fungus to me. Where exactly on his body is this bump?

thanks for much for replying! this definitely isn’t his nipple. it’s larger than a nipple and located in the center of his belly.

its definitely not his nipple. it flakes off into tiny black pieces when messed with.

Was it his belly button ? Some times they get build up. ?
