Fur Massive fur on fleece in no time!

Bella is in this long massive shed. No way does she let me brush her. I've tried lint brush, pet hair tape with minimal results. Can anyone recommend a small hand held vacuum that works well? The one I have is top notch buy not as much on abyssinian hair. TIA!
