Lump Weird lump on boar male nipple

Tonight I was cuddling with my boar, Elvis, when I felt this weird solid lump by his right nipple, probably about the size of a raisin. I haven't tried to touch it too much just in case but I was wondering whether this required urgent attention from a vet or not. Please reply as soon as possible.

Yes, he will need to see a vet, but it's not a hair-on-fire emergency. It's probably a mammary tumor, which should be easily removed by a competent exotic vet. Those tumors can grow fairly quickly and can impede movement, so don't put it off too long.
