Lump New Bump & Scracth on guinea pig HELP

My guinea pigs name is Sid and she is barely 2 years old. I went on vacation for 5 days before I left there was no bumb and I just returned home to find a bump and what looks like a scratch? I’m concerned if it’s a tumor or just a swollen scratch. The only vets in my area are miles and miles away. I will take her to one as soon as I can but i am worried sick tonight about her. This all happened within the 5 days since I left because I didn’t feel it before I left at all.

Where on the pig is that? And does she live with another pig?

It might possibly be a scab, or a wart. I wouldn't worry about it -- just keep an eye on it to make sure it isn't growing or developing an infection.
