It's a sign of a digestive upset, and it could well be because her living arrangements have changed. Or her diet, if you're feeding her anything different.
What you should do is watch very carefully to make sure it doesn't get worse, and if it does, see a vet. Make sure there's a covered area over part of her cage and that her food is underneath the cover and that the water is at the very edge.
It takes guinea pigs a while to adjust to a new living place, and they often go off their feed. But make it very easy for her to eat by making her feel safe. If you've got some of the food that she's been fed before, continue with that, no matter how crappy it may be. Once she's settled in, you can start working on a better diet.
