You really need an exotic vet. I know it's a bummer to have to drive that far, but I'm not at all sure your current vet is treating this correctly. "Small animal" vet means dogs and cats, and they get little to no education/training in the care of pocket pets. Some are downright dangerous.
For one thing, if it's cervical lymphadenitis, it's incredibly contagious, and TMP is not the best choice for it. She needs Baytril, which has its own problems, but is more effective against CL.
If it's an abscess with a sac, the sac has to be removed to keep it from recurring. It's not a horrible surgery as such things go with guinea pig, because there's no abdominal incision, so the recovery is pretty easy.
But it does need to be flushed daily with sterile saline, even better, twice a day. Guinea pig pus is extremely thick and cheesy, and there's no way to squeeze it all out.
If you can get adequate treatment for her quickly, there's no need to even think about euthanasia.
See

Good luck to you, and let us know how you get along.
