Hi all,
We took our newly adopted guinea pigs for a vet checkup. One of the girls has been scratching and has a bald spot on her face that looked fungal. She was prescribed a topical antibiotic/anti fungal cream that has to be applied three times a day. They shaved her for to make it easier, but here is the problem... She does NOT like to be held. She nips to be put down. I have tried a blanket of a towel over her in my lap but she is not comforted and squirms like crazy. Any tips or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!

Try wrapping her in the towel like a burrito, with just her head sticking out.

It may also help to have one person hold her while another applies the medication.

But you can do this. She's a small pig, you're a big human. There's no question about who will win.
