My one of five sows, Sophia seems to have a slight head tilt (20-30 degrees) while she eats, and only while she eats. I also have a feeling she is eating slower than my other guinea pigs. They all had mites that was treated with Advantage about two weeks ago. She seems to be scratching her ear because it seems to have scratches on it, but it's hard to tell because her ears are dark colored. There's no blood. She seems to be staying still too for the most part, but she does get a short round of zoomies sometimes throughout the day.

Could it be earwax/worsened mites? I have no idea! I will be taking her to the vet soon.

She may have an ear infection which would cause both the head tilt and the scratching.
