Injury Is this a hay poke?

Hi! I adopted two pigs about a month ago and they're perfectly fine. However, today I noticed one of them has a cloudy blue looking eye. I'm thinking it might be a hay poke.
I didn't notice the cloudiness before now, but I did notice there was a tiny amount of crust underneath her eye the other day. Should I take her to the vet or is there an easy way to treat it at home? I checked her eye to see if there was any pieces of hay, but there wasn't anything there. Everything else seems to be fine with her aside from the cloudiness.

I would take her in. The cloudiness means that if it is a hay poke, it's penetrated the eye, and eye injuries are very painful. Also, if infection sets in, she may lose her eye.
