My son got a guinea pig 2 days ago. Yesterday she started dragging her feet - this morning she appears to have eaten half of one foot. Please help! Vet is most likely closed since it’s Sunday.

Is there no emergency vet around? It needs to be cleaned, and she needs an oral antibiotic.

Where are you located? City/state, not your address. We might be able to help you find a vet.

She's likely done that either because she's in quite a bit of pain, or because there's no feeling in the foot. So there's some underlying cause for the behavior. Or is there a possibility that another animal has done it? A dog? or a rat?

I would at the very least clean it with Hibiclens, using a spray bottle and sterile water. Be sure to rinse well. See the thread below for a good way to wrap it, but you'll have to keep a very close eye on her to make sure she doesn't eat the wrapping.

Here's a thread from Guinea Lynx about good treatment of a foot wound: https://www.guinealynx.info/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=77023&p=2290799&hilit=wound+wrap#p2290799
