Nutrition Piggie will only eat hay

Penelope and Delilah are 8 weeks old and were adopted yesterday. They started warming up to us today, and I noticed that Delilah doesn’t eat anything but hay. Penelope will eat anything I put in front of her, but I’m not sure if Delilah is getting proper nutrition and vitamin c. I should also mention that Delilah loves spinach but I was told I need to limit her spinach intake because it can cause stones. Would love any input! Thanks!
