Fleece Fleece liners vs wood pellets

So I am looking into buying a new C&C cage and changing from litter to either the fleece liners on the market place or doing wood stove pellets. Which do you prefer and why? I dont really care aboutthe intial cost just want the best thing and the least smell

You'll get by far the least smell with wood pellets. I do put a thin layer of fleece over mine, because it makes it so much easier to clean out the cage. I've been using fleece over pellets for several years, and wouldn't change for anything.
