So, I recently got 2 Guineas from someone I know, and I think she had been emotionally neglecting them..I say this because they?re about a year and a half old, and they?re still extremely jumpy, they hide from me when I enter the room, and when I pick them up they start screaming even though I?m not hurting them. I?ve been playing with them for about 25 minutes each twice a day but one of them is still not used to me. Is there anything else I can do to help them besides handling them every day, or can they even be helped?

They're totally normal guinea pigs. You need a lot of patience to get them to trust you. Handling them every day, feeding them yummy treats when you're holding them, and spending a lot of time around the cage talking to them -- all of those will help.

Okay, thank you! I’m glad to know that their behavior is alright.
