Hi..
Sorry I haven't been on a while because recently we have just gone and fostered two more Guinea wheeks! Their names are Biscuit and Monty. There are several reasons why they are fully not ours.
Biscuit has a condition where he loses protein as he has 'holes in his kidneys' so however much he eats, he will still lose weight, which is upsetting. Recently he has actually been recovering! Our vet said that it may could just clear up and go. We are pleased about that.
Then there is Monty, SO fat! He has a rare condition as he has a head tilt so he loses his way round. The vet said this could of been caused by an ear infection when he was younger. Another one of his problems is impactions, although we have had experienced that with Chubby so we know what we are doing.
They are both brothers and we love them all! They have settled in nicely from day one.
Thanks
