Injury Guinea Pig Scab Bleeding!! And losing fur.

My guinea pig Fluff just developed a problem behind her ear that includes losing fur and before that there was a scab and now it?s bleeding. Wanted to know if anyone can identity this as mites or a fungal infection because I have a cat and two sugar gliders and don?t want to risk them contracting it.
