Grooming Ringworm??

Can y'all help me? I've been watching Emmit for 3 days and he has a dry patch on his ear. It hasn't gotten worse or better.

I'd start with cold pressed virgin coconut oil. If that doesn't work, I'd get some Nystatin or Lotrimin and apply twice a day with a q-tip, rubbing it in well.
