My little guy has this going on with her nose. I have been applying Lotrimin since last Sunday 3/4/18. Should I continue or switch to something else? Or take her to see a vet? Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Please continue with the anti fungal, twice a day, for at least 3 weeks. Apply with a q-tip and make sure you get it all covered, and rubbed in well. I would also hold her for a while afterwards til it's been absorbed, so she doesn't lick it. Fungal infections can be very stubborn, and take a while to get rid of. If there's no improvement after that time, then I would think vet time. Good luck!

That needs a vet, a good exotic vet. It may be an abscess, it may be cervical lymphadenitis, it may be something else.

If you don't have one, post the city/state where you live, and we'll try to help you find one.

Hello,

We took her in last sat and it was a laceration they drained it and put her on meds. Checkup today went really good.

They are asking me to de worm them every 3 months. I have done a lot of research on guinea pigs before and after we adopted them and have not heard about having to do this 4 times a year. Is this something I should do?

If they live inside your house, they shouldn't need to be de-wormed at all. In all the years I've had guinea pigs, not one has had worm medicine.
