Uhaul pad instead of fleece on top of pellets?

I'm upsizing my cage, but now the fleece won't fit. Quick question: can I put a uhaul pad on top of the wood pellets and call it a day? Do they wick? I think they don't, correct? So, not a good idea?

No, because the u-haul pad will absorb urine, not wick it, and the pigs will be sitting on wet spots. It can cause bumblefoot and other infections. Just cut some loose fleece to fit and hold the corners down with bricks.
