I want to make a kitchen for my piggies and would like to know the best way to "prepunch" holes in the coroplast for the rivets.

A nail punch might work, or an ice pick.

Why do you need rivets? You can use double sided tape.

I would echo that........why do you need rivets? I use a high temperature hot glue gun to put coroplast items together. It not only joins them quickly, but the hot glue can seal any cracks as well. Just don't directly touch the coro with the gun tip as it will melt it. Put the tip close to the intended target and drop the glue on the seams.

I wanted to use rivets so that if needed I could undo the corners. Thank you all for your responses it gives me several options.

Another option is to use industrial strength sticky back velcro.

I use clear packing tape. You can take it off and clean it and then re-tape as needed.
