Fur Fungal Infection?

One of my piggies, Ollie, has this white stuff on the outside and inside on one of his ears. I just noticed it yesterday and I'm not sure what it is. He also has a pretty dry coat in general. Some advice on what it is and how to treat it would be very helpful!

I'd start with cold pressed virgin coconut oil a couple of times a day for a week or so. It has both antibacterial and antifungal properties, and it may do the trick. If it doesn't improve in about a week, or if it gets worse during that time, I'd switch to Nystatin or Lotrimin and see what that will do.
