Injury Teeth Separated and Loose

I woke up this moring and noticed one of my pigs was chewing on a small piece of hay ans struggling. I picked him and noticed his teeth were bleeding (slowly) and his teeth were lose and separated! I have no idea if I should take him to the vet or wait and see if his teeth get better.

He's likely got something jammed down between them. Something similar happened to one of my boars a couple of months ago and he got it out fairly quickly, but his teeth weren't bleeding. In your shoes, I would likely take him in to a vet.
