I know it?s meant to be a cup full but what type of cup?!!! Can anyone help me?! And what?s the best thing I can give them everyday!?

A cup is eight ounces -- look in your kitchen at a measuring cup.

But a cup is a rough estimate. If you're feeding leafy, light things, you can give a little more than a cup. If you're feeding all heavy, dense stuff, give a little less.

Most of us settle on a few things that get fed every day. Mine get two meals of veggies, one in the morning, the other at bedtime. Daily, they get red or green leaf lettuce, tomato, carrot, bell pepper, and cucumber. Depending on what's at the store or what we're eating for dinner, they may also get radicchio, endive, corn husks (the inner ones) and silks, summer squash, and occasionally blueberries.
