Vegetables Mixing veggies into pellets

Hello

Our new pig Lily does not like a single veggie. I would like to get her eating some. If I mince up and mix with pellets how long should I keep this veggie pellet mix out before it goes rancid from the moisture? 2 hours or so?

It won't go rancid that quickly. I used to leave mine out until the next time they were given veggies. But I did reduce the amount of pellets in the dish so I wasn't throwing so many pellets away, and then gave them a few plain pellets just before bedtime.
