Vegetables Chard

I don't cook so I'm not great with veggies that are not basic. On the nutrition chart is shows swiss chard in yellow. I went to Sprouts and found red chard, rainbow chard and green chard in the organic section. I got the green chard assuming this is the swiss chard. Is chard chard? TIA

Rainbow, red and green chard all fall under the classification of swiss chard or silverbeet. They are just different cultivars of the same type of plant.
