General 5 yr old female guinea pig hard lump tip of nipple

Here I am..5 yrs later.
Lilo went from bad URI to healthy happy piggy for the past 5 yrs.
I was grooming her tonight and saw this.
In my gut I already know...
I'm calling vet tomorrow :sad:

Both nipples seemed dry and calloused?Some of the old skin or whatever it was I cleaned off.It was black like her nipples.Not white or yellow.

I'd get some cold pressed virgin coconut oil from the pharmacy or grocery and apply to it to keep the skin from cracking. And I'd see a vet ASAP. It may be a form of mammary tumor. Removing them is not a particularly bad surgery, as surgeries go, and the prognosis is very good.
