Fur Bald Patch

My guinea pig Georgia has developed a bald patch on the middle of her back - her cage mate Penelope had one in almost the exact same spot that is almost grown back. They scratch but not all the time- I think its normal. I've never seen either one of them biting eachothers' fur (barbering?)
Could it be self-barbering? or mites? no flakiness noticed. Thank you for your advice!

oh and also, when i said "i think its normal" i meant the amount of scratching - not the bald spot

You need four treatments, 7-10 days apart. I usually do 7 days.
