UPDATE

We left Misko at the clinic for the whole day.
One more vet checked him and also believes it is ear related.
They checked stuff from his ear under microscope and said there is small inflammation.
They also checked his teeth, eyes and everything else and all looks good.
Couldn't take his blood because it was too big risk.

To do the proper exam they would have to sedate him they said, so they can't tell for sure like this.
While sedated they could probe/drain his tear duct, take blood, check ear properly.

I don't know anymore!
They gave us Tobramycin drops for the ear twice a day.

We will use that and clean his eye every day as well, and then in a week if it is not better I guess we will have to let them do the full exam.
It is one of the best clinics in Canada with a team dedicated to exotic animals and with 24/7 service.
They are our only option where we live. There is only 1 more part-time exotics vet.

We brought Misko back home in the evening.
We let him out in their playground first and he started purring and popcorning.
Then we brought him to the cage and BOOM TOTAL WAR!
Our 2 piggies are fighting for the last 4 hours for the dominance.
Mounting each other, chasing,...
Misko wasn't dominant before, and now it looks like he decided to change that.
They were like best friends this morning...

This night we are sleeping in the guest room, as our bedroom is too close to their cage and they are too loud.
