Canada Dry Patch -mites, fungal , dry skin?

I'm really worried about my skinny pig cookie, she is typically a dry skinned pig ( so I will put coconut oil on her when needed ) Ive never seen anything like this on her ? It's kinda risen off the skin, and very dry , she doesn't seem in pain or itchy , and when you touch it she doesn't react any more than she would as if you were touching her bum. Has anyone seen anything like this before ? Xx thanks
