Hello everyone, my name is Shania and I am a first time Guinea pig owner. After waiting and researching for about a year and half I finally adopted my 2 Guinea pigs from a not so great home March 6th 2017. Their names are Poppy and Petunia and I abolutely adore them. I could not imagine my life without Guinea pigs.
I was very nervous about joining a forum because I know even though I try to go above and beyond I most likely make mistakes from time to time, but I wanted to join and be able to make friends who share my same passion and love for Guinea pigs. I look forward to soaking in more knowledge to better spoil my pigs.

Welcome! This is definitely the place to go for guinea pig owners. Tons of information (and cute pigtures) on here. And trust me, no one is perfect. I'm sure every person on this forum has had at least one mistake while caring for their piggies. The good thing is that we learn and get better.
