Help! 80% Polyester 20% Polyamide Microfibre Towels?

Hello everyone! I'm new to the world of cavies but this website has helped me a lot to understand and care for them better. I would like to request some urgent help to decide if 80%polyester and 20%polyamide makes a good bedding for the piggies? I am intending to adopt one next week and I know that 100% polyester fleece is the best option out there in the market. However, it is hard to find and also expensive where I live at.

Many thanks in advance if you could quickly enlighten me! Thanks!! ^^

You could try it. If the top stays dry and allows the liquid to pass through to the absorbent layer underneath, it will work.

I'd get a small piece and see if it wicks, as @lissie suggests. I have some microfiber washcloths that don't wick at all, although I don't know the proportion of polyester to microfiber in them.
