Vet RARE CONDITION: Looking for references/treatments for elongated soft palate

I'm reaching out to see if anybody knows anyone who has had any experience with pigs with elongated soft palates. My Ariel has one (confirmed by endoscopy) which makes it difficult for her to breathe, and my vets have never heard of any pig having this condition before and are unsure how best to treat it. If anyone knows anything or anybody who might be able to help, I'd appreciate the reference. Thanks!
