You can check out this: https://www.guineapigcages.com/forum...us-Plants-List
which includes both a chart of safe vegetables with nutritional stats and a list of poisonous plants and vegetables for guinea pigs.

Personally, I use a safe type of lettuce (green leaf or romaine) as a base, then add a variety of extra veggies throughout the week.

What you really want to look out for in veggies (and their entire diet) is calcium (ca) levels, which can cause health problems (including bladder stones) if levels are too high.

    Re: Daily veggie

I always use lettuce and bell pepper as my daily staples. Other vegetables that are okay to feed daily are tomatoes, carrot, and zucchini. Don't feed too much tomato, limit it to a small chunk or 1 to 2 cherry tomatoes per guinea pig as they are quite acidic. You can also rotate through other veg that should be fed less frequently to give them variety, you can find a list of vegetables that are okay to feed and the frequency at which you can feed them in the link Nicks Pigs gave earlier.

As your guinea pig is an adult try to avoid things that contain a moderate to high level of calcium, such as spinach, kale, etc. Guinea pigs under 6 months of age still have their bones developing so they need some calcium in their diet, but adult guinea pigs don't need the extra calcium. Bladder stones are a fairly common health issue in adult guinea pigs so it is a good idea to minimize the amount of calcium they are eating to try and prevent them forming bladder stones.
