    Spots on my piggie's eyes

I am unsure of what these spots are on Juliet's eyes are. I noticed them a couple of weeks ago, and my family keeps telling me I am imagining it and that I am obsessing over the pigs. I lost my dog to old age almost 2 years ago and am still heartbroken, so I think it makes me anxious about my other pets.Click image for larger version.

    Both eyes?

See http://www.guinealynx.info/eyes.html and see if they look like anything there.

No crusty eye or anything like what I see in the pictures. She has no drainage which is good I think. Every once in a while she will make a funny sound like choking while drinking water, but not all the time. I am wondering if it isn't diabetes. She drinks more than my other girl and takes to fruit more, so I know she probably eats Jordan's fruit too. Her bum doesn't feel soggy or wet when I pick her up and since we have fleece I can't really tell if she is urinating more that usual. I know she eats a lot of pellets, so I am going to try and lower the amount. I know sometimes my daughter gives them refills during the day when they don't need it.

They look like cataracts to me, but it's hard to tell what's glare from the camera and what's actually part of her eye. How old is she?

My guess is cataracts then, yeah. Only a vet can tell you what it actually is, though.
