I'd like to take my guinea pig out so she can experience the grass. We have a gardener that comes every so often. I haven't seen him in months. Should I be concerned about pesticides or dangerous chemicals in the grass?

Yes, you should. Unless you know there have been no pesticides and herbicides on the grass, and that no other animal has peed or pooped on it, don't take him out.
