    Ringworm or Mites HELP

    We have for Guinea Pigs,

This one just started forming this spot on her nose and we don't know what it is I have been putting ringworm cream in it for the last 2 days and it looks like it getting bigger. Blood and dry spots are on it. The other 3 pigs have no issues or spots forming and we have separated this one just in case. We also have fully clean the cage and put new bedding in with vinegar and bleach/water solution to be sure.

any ideals for help would be great

Then it's probably bacterial, not fungal. Stop what you're using and switch to triple antibiotic cream. Apply sparingly with a q-tip.
