Is my guinea pig pregnant or is it something else?

I got this piggy a few months ago from a pet shop. The lady told me they were all female guinea pigs (there was a male in the "Cage" but they took him out) (when I got her from the shop she was bigger and longer than the others), and I already have a female one (they both look like that they have the same parts). My guinea pig has been eating and drinking normally. I do not know about her peeing and pooping, but I think she has been going less from what I see when I have them out of their pen for floor time. She seems to be acting the same as when I got her (she bites a lot) I can feel lumps ( I do not know if they are guinea pig shaped lumps, but they to me feel like small shaped chicken nuggets) moving (and twitching) in her belly when I feel around the sides. But I also feel scratching. I don't know what is wrong with her. I hope that it is not crysts.
Here are some pictures, (the last photo I took is upside down)

Re: Is my guinea pig pregnant or is it something else?

    Update:
She was pregnant, Sadly all three of her babies did not survive.
She seems to be doing well, but around her genitals are puffy kinda like a circle shape, and it is a little bloody. I only saw two placentas when there should be three.
Is that normal? And what do I look for in her? Since all of her babies sadly died.

I'm sorry the pups didn't make it.

She may have eaten one placenta, but I'd keep a VERY close eye on her in case one has been retained. Symptoms to watch for would be lethargy, loss of appetite, sitting "puffed up" or sitting in a corner. If you notice those, get here to a vet ASAP.

Since she bites, I'd treat her for mites. See https://www.guineapigcages.com/forum...reat-for-mites.

Is it normal for both of my piggies to be sniffing/sorta nibbling on each others butts, and licking/sniffing watch others mouths? And also climbing on/over each other? I know they're both girls.
Also the puffiness around the genitals has gone down and the bleeding has seemed to stopped of my one piggy.

    Yes, it's normal.

You sound like a new guinea pig owner. Here's some reading material: https://www.guineapigcages.com/forum...nea-pig-owners
