To buy or not to buy

Hey guys thanks for all your help ^^

Question : im planning on having two guinea pigs in one cage. Is this https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001N...VBR95Z13WFFP66 large enough for them to get exercise? I don't know if the divider can be removed (which means less running space )

It's the bare minimum size for two sows. It won't work for two boars.

Nope. They'll fight. Two boars need at least 10 square feet, and more is better. Lack of space is a major reason for aggression between boars.

You could build a larger C&C cage for what you'd spend for that one, if you don't mind doing the work.

Buy a box of grids at Sears for $20 and a sheet of coroplast for $15-$25 at a sign shop, and you can make a C&C cage that would be a lot nicer and roomier than that one for less money.

I know , but time is a factor. Also the flooring on the bought cage is something I want. Also by my reckoning, the cost will come out closer to 70$(I have some additions to make)

Actually, the flooring is something a lot of Midwest owners complain about. It gets stained, and isn't easy to keep clean, as I understand it.
