Hi all! I currently have my boys in a 2x5. I'm really wanting to upgrade them and also provide an opportunity for them to work out their rear muscles a bit, as they'll both be around 4-years-old this summer.

I wanted to get the Jumbo CC cage with wide loft (2x6 and 2x2 loft) but was wondering if their age would make the ramp a bad choice. I just love the idea of having a separate eating area and more opportunity for them to exercise their chubby butts.

Any advice appreciated!

If you find they don't use ramp, just expand the cage. ;)

What did you make the ramp out of? I'm looking at making a loft with ramp.

My 5 year old pig easily runs up and down ramps. I made one out of two bent grids, with a strip of coroplast on the bottom.
