Hi guys, so i noticed that my piggies never drink from the bottle, only the bowl in the middle of the two, and the water STILL goes down for some reason.
It cost $20 so not happy...
Any tips for them to wean them off the bowl to the bottle?
They might just prefer it, though, honestly don't care.
FYI:
It's INSIDE the cage (Mum won't let it outside, cuz' we might bump it...)

Hang the bottle somewhere outside the cage and see if the level goes down. If it doesn't, they're drinking, and you can just take the bowl out.

How long have you had them?
Having water in a bowl is super unsanitary and you should try to ween them off of it immediately.
I have rats and guinea pigs and neither will drink from a bottle if its on the inside of their cage, or if its too high. So i had to cut a hole in the chloroplast in my guinea pig's cage to a level that would suit her to drink it. Also, she won't go near her bottle if theres even a piece of hay where she puts her feet, so i have to clean up that area sometimes and just move the hay back to where it was when she decides to shift all her hay around her cage.
