Flags South Afriica: Gumtree Breeder

Hi guys
I have seen a ad on gumtree South africa where somebody wants to swap a "breeding" pair of guinea pigs for a android phone!
The guts of these people!
anyways I wanted to know your views on what we can do to save these piggies from falling into hands of yet another breeder.
I live in a tiny apartment and adopting them forever with me will be unfair to the 2 sows that I already have as I really do not have much space.
I can definitely make space for a temporary home for them but I am not sure if someone will adopt them from me.
How can we make South Africans more active on our forum?

You could definitely write in and inquire about them. People generally go about doing things like this because no one has the guts or cares enough to make a scene or object. There could be a cultural aspect as well.
