Does anyone have any experience of WORLDSTORES?? I ordered a cage online last Monday, I could select the delivery day so chose Thursday as I was home all day, nothing arrived, couldnt get hold of them over the phone so sent an email and was told Friday, luckily my husband was on a day off friday and so was at home, again nothing!! I have been unable to contact them by phone, after an hour on hold I gave up!! I dont know what to do!!

I don't have experience with them, but just looked them up on Google. They have pretty bad reviews. (1.1 stars, 23 reviews)

I dont know what to do, still no cage, cant get hold of them and money gone from my bank?? Any advice??

Are they local? Can you go to the store?
File a dispute with your bank?

They are not local, I think I will have to try and ring again today and then do as you suggest and contact my bank, how disappointing!!

Off-topic but I just checked them out and aside from the Midwest cage that they have listed there are some really awful cages being sold on their website as guinea pig appropriate. Like.. Wow... Too small, steep ramps, wire floors, enclosed sides etc. Makes my blood boil...

Anyway, Trustpilot has a lot of mixed reviews, seems you aren't alone with the delivery problems:

Thanks for that, the latest review is mine from last night!! I ordered a midwest as it seemed the best there, dont know where in the UK I can get C&C cage as this site is predominantly not the UK!! USA has a much bigger and better selection

Ive cancelled the order, they contacted me and said it would be another week, ive found a site online that sell c&c cages online in the UK so im going to get that instead, thanks for those links

@CavyMama, I think that's a UK site. Unless Teresa has set up a UK operation, the shipping from here would be prohibitive.
