I don't have experience with them, but just looked them up on Google. They have pretty bad reviews. (1.1 stars, 23 reviews)

Are they local? Can you go to the store?
File a dispute with your bank?

They are not local, I think I will have to try and ring again today and then do as you suggest and contact my bank, how disappointing!!

Off-topic but I just checked them out and aside from the Midwest cage that they have listed there are some really awful cages being sold on their website as guinea pig appropriate. Like.. Wow... Too small, steep ramps, wire floors, enclosed sides etc. Makes my blood boil...

Anyway, Trustpilot has a lot of mixed reviews, seems you aren't alone with the delivery problems:

Thanks for that, the latest review is mine from last night!! I ordered a midwest as it seemed the best there, dont know where in the UK I can get C&C cage as this site is predominantly not the UK!! USA has a much bigger and better selection

You can find the materials to build one from various places. Here are a couple stores mentioned in another thread:

Grids: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000789RSQ
Correx: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Floor-Prot...3D899197636968

@niklovesrats - Which site did you order that cage from?

CavyMama, I think that's a UK site. Unless Teresa has set up a UK operation, the shipping from here would be prohibitive.
